Clear Specifications. Informed Trade Decisions.
Transparent technical governance, independent laboratory sampling, and contractual specification alignment for international bulk commodity procurement.
Independent Surveyor Verification at Point of Loading
In international B2B commodity trading, buyer confidence is built upon empirical data verified by accredited third-party specialists. United Saud Indonesia does not operate private testing laboratories; instead, we mandate independent sampling and chemical testing through globally recognized, accredited surveying companies.
Prior to loading onto mother vessels at Indonesian anchorages (such as Taboneo, Muara Berau, or Balikpapan) or discharging liquid palm olein into export flexitanks, certified surveyors execute standardized sampling procedures governed by ASTM, ISO, or PORAM standards.
The resulting Certificate of Sampling and Analysis (COA) and Certificate of Weight / Draft Survey serve as the official, binding governing documents for commercial settlement.

Comprehensive Specification Governance
The 6 fundamental checkpoints governing every export transaction at United Saud Indonesia.
Product Specification Sheets
Issuance of indicative technical datasheets outlining typical values and contractual rejection thresholds for calorific value, sulfur, ash, and moisture.
Quality Parameters Verification
Pre-loading verification of Free Fatty Acids (FFA), Iodine Value (IV), Peroxide Value (PV), and Cloud Points for palm oils; HGI, Ash Fusion, and GAD for coal.
Supplier Documentation
Verification of active Indonesian mining concession IUP-OP licenses, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) export approvals, and refinery safety dossiers.
Shipment-Related Documents
Original Draft Survey Reports, Bills of Lading, Certificate of Sampling & Analysis, Certificate of Origin, and certified packing manifests.
Agreed Inspection Arrangements
Joint inspection clauses enabling buyer representatives or appointed independent marine surveyors to witness sampling and cargo hold inspection.
Destination Import Standards
Customization of shipping dossiers to fulfill regional port requirements (e.g. CIQ in China, FSSAI in India, or SASO in Saudi Arabia).
Indonesian Coal GAR Specification Matrix
Preserved historical parameters. Final contract specifications confirmed upon sample COA review.
